Room Hire/Party Packages Prices

If you want to book a room, please contact us first to find out if we have suitable rooms available and then download our Booking Form to return to us.  Once confirmed, your room booking will be entered onto our computerised booking system.

The prices below are split into two tables - one for not-for-profit organisations and one for business users. All prices include VAT at 20%. Apart from the hourly rate bookings, we also offer the following packages:

Party Rates

Main Hall Party Rate (6pm – midnight) - includes use of Members' Room & fully-staffed bar £315.00

Main Hall Party Rate (Midday - Midnight - includes use of Members Room & fully staffed bar £370.00

Main Hall Party Rate (8.00am - Midnight - includes use of Members Room & fully staffed bar £420.00

Garden Room Party Rate (6pm – midnight) - includes use of Members' Room & fully-staffed bar £255.00

Garden Room Party Rate (Midday – midnight) - includes use of Members' Room & fully-staffed bar £300.00

Garden Room Party Rate (8am – midnight) - includes use of Members' Room & fully-staffed bar £345.00

Members Room Party Rate (6pm-midnight) - includes a fully staffed bar £158.00

Wedding Hire

Main Hall (6pm - Midnight) inc Members Room/staffed bar £300.00

Baby Shower Parties

Main Hall (3 hour party with half an hour before and after) £150.00

Sunday Christenings (subject to caretaker availability)

Our Christening rate is for a booking for a maximum of 5 hours, 3 hour party with 1 hour set up before and 1 hour clean up after your event.

Other Bookings

When booking a room at times when the building would normally be closed (excluding parties/gigs and Sunday Christening Package), the cost is the usual hourly room rate plus £10 per hour (cost for the room has to reach a minimum of £50). This service is subject to staff availability to cover the extra hours.

Unfortunately we have no lifts but we try to accommodate disabled requirements to the best of our ability.
